We closed the large pool and installed a smaller, state-of-the-art, salt water pool. This self-supervised pool requires very little maintenance or expense. The infrastructure of the large pool is intact but would require a substantial investment to bring it to today’s standards. We are very happy with our smaller, new pool but the desire to ‘bring back the famous pool’ by our local community is great. The continuing requests are astounding.

We have begun to redevelop the sites, increasing their size. We anticipate having 150 sites with monthly revenues of $400 rented for 9 consecutive months.
